To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

1. You must request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
2. The purchased product(s) must be returned in original, undamaged packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
3. If the packaging is not in original condition we reserve the right to subtract a repackaging fee from the refund amount.
4. The product(s) must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
5. You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@splitfast.com. Once we receive your request and confirm that all conditions are met, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
