The  SplitFast wireless timing Gate emits a vertically spread laser beam.

When the athlete passes through the beam, light reflects off the athlete’s arm band and is detected by the Gate.

When the reflected light is detected, the Gate’s internal stopwatch records the athlete’s time. The Gate then sends the time result to the SplitFast Wristband Tag via Bluetooth.

The SplitFast timing gate is the result of over 4 years of research, development and testing. The beam is highly accurate and can be setup in a few seconds.

A minimum SplitFast system consists of a Laser timing gate, a reflective armband and a SplitFast Bluetooth Wristband (sold separately). Additional timing gates can be added and placed along a track to record intermediate Split times.

Each Timing Gate includes the Gate module and an adjustable tripod.
